How to Request a Refund

  2. Return the Item: Once your refund request is approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will let you know the address in the email.
  3. Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
